What's covered
- Abnormal tarnishing or discoloration
- Manufacturing defects (clasps, links, stones — the stuff that shouldn't happen but occasionally does)
What's not covered
- Loss or theft (we wish we could help, we genuinely can't)
- Damage from misuse, alteration, or "I tried to bend it back into shape myself"
- Normal wear and tear that isn't a defect (a little surface wear on a piece worn daily for two years is life, not a warranty claim)
How to file a claim
Email hello@thinkfreelyjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
No receipts-in-a-shoebox nonsense required. If we sold it to you, we've got the order on file.
